My heart has gotten colder Maybe it is a casuality of getting older My heart keeps getting torn Yet there seems to be no room to mourn Everytime I close my eyes Young and depressed wearing my disguise Into the sun I stare My eyes are so blank there is no glare Looking for an angel above Pining for lost love White flakes begin to land on my skin My mouth forces a grin The street lights all burnt out My heart heavy with doubt Laying outside in the snow Awaiting a tag on my toe That clearly reads John Doe A forgotten aspect of life I have lost my wife It is a casuality of getting older That your heart gets colder Tomorrow comes for those who fear it. |

Wish I could remember how to be a kid again... But I guess we all become what we never wanted to be... old. Always, Alyssa He was a man of sorrows |

Quite complex - read's simple and romantic feeling sorry but it is not. Well worth thinking beyond the box. Dave |
