MY JOURNEY'S ROAD ~ Linda L. Dowd ~ While traveling down my Journey’s Road, My gait does change in speed and mode. At times I saunter as I go along, ~ Relaxed and casual and singing song. But when the days are dark and dreary, And I am feeling sad and weary, I slow down to a snail’s crawl, For with each step I fear I’ll fall. I don’t stay in that mode for ages. ~ I much prefer the sunny stages. My step picks up as my spirits rise, And sparkle lights up somber eyes. Some days I’m stoked and in a hurry, And rush about with flitting fury. My heart does race and beats out loud, And footfalls stir Road dust to cloud. Then I switch to mellow jello. ~ Speaking softly and do not bellow. The steps I take are in slow motion, ~ Showing no high emotion. But the travels that I love the best, Are full of hope and brim with zest. I soar up in to sunny sky, ~ Above the Road and flying high! |

ah, my gait analysis of your stride would have to state that you have fabulous tootsies girl - keep those phalanges in workin order - support those metatarsals - and most of all, watch out for any calcaneal apophysitis slipping into your slippers - hehe - enjoyed the smile - Linda Hugs - Susan If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . . |

Goddess ~ Well, I really don't "fly" all of the time. I come down to terra firma every now and then ~ and some of the landings have been very hard! ~ but then I dust my "wings" off and fly back up into the wild blue yonder! EA |
