Happy and not dark And hope with no light Distance and time Just waiting Entering into this new nature Sent by an almighty power Trying to accept and receive it Bring it to me Digging up out of myself Long forgotten, or just ignored... Maybe even self-denial Strict refusal Opening this hole Pulling it out Concentrate and focus Just a little patience And its happy Watered and grown Budding and sprouting Such percision here A new piece of a world I've never lived Bringing it to reality Poking its head up Soft light blue Precious and tender So easy to break and destroy Just pulling it up A spurt of honesty Test of humility And developement Something solid The sweet scent of her surprise Free milk and honey Given to me... Forced smiles that make my eyes water That feeling, electric and constant Undenied shyly open It pounces on me The hand of God lowers this precious treasure Given as freely as love And it is love, Overwhelming my fears Corruption is caused by holes in obedience to God. |
