The Bean Stork I grew a bean stork one fine night It grew into the stars of light Way up into the heavens blurs That made my minds adventure stir It seemed to reach into the stars Past the black of night and tar Perhaps it reached a state of space And touched into our heavens grace I climbed and climbed without a stop I climbed all night to reach the top In fact I climbed into the light And there I saw a wondrous sight I saw the dawn preparing dew The nectar of the mornings new Weaving fresh the mornings gist With butter cups to drink the mist And when I woke that very morn I saw those very dew drops born |
