Shafts, beams of light, slicing through led grey clouds. Slivers of pure azure, glimpse us light at the end of our world. Trees elegantly stretching, bare, dancing to the rythym of life. Cold beauty, seagulls blown away, above muted glaucous and sepia. Magpies chatter, secretly planning, small birds call, comfortable in the cold. Weather trickery lulls people, mild then freezing, snapped shut tightly. Wind increases, ending the safety, urgency moves wild beings. Dusk fast approaches, night will cloak fear, watched only by stars. |

Yup yup yup, that's exactly what we here in PA had this weekend...you've described it masterfully.... The upside is that the EAGLES won! Made the whole snow thingy worth it.... Well done.... |

Weather trickery lulls people, mild then freezing, snapped shut tightly. Such is the silent, quiet lull~ Nicely done, Goldenrose~ |
