Between the Lines

It's not too late (I tell myself)
when scrolling through your words.
I rhyme a little here and there
in case aloud, I'm heard.

In silent eyes, I view the world,
my fears to put aside.
Especially when the touch of you
brings out my inward hide.

Each moment lost is one I've gained
in learning patient's tool.
Translating time into the now
and all the past to spool...

Round and round and round we go
or maybe it's just I.
Halfway there, and halfway here,
it's not too late, I sigh~~
