Brilliantly, silently, the star of your birth rose into the skies of night, waiting to caress the dawn of my essence, an essence born of fruits that have softly fallen to earth. And from the fruits a succulence is given freely, that I might linger in the taste of that which you have left. And, when the winds come upon the plain of my life, I shall lie beneath as your shimmering arms touch my soul, leaving a last lingering breath upon my lips. For I am...and shall ever remain...yours. |
