With enough money you can buy a politician of any hure for ever

With enough money you can buy all politicians for the length of your money

But can you buy all politicians of all hures when you have nothing and they can not live from it

It almost ask's you how much of the aid has already been diverted and that is why no-one is supposed to move about in the countries anymore as corruption takes the money and first guesses are correct but corrupt people think it is a game, and the world are fools, while they are players with a Swiss bank account.

Funds dont arrive because no-one funds corrupt officials apart from their own people that they steal from.
