Days turn into weeks
Before I hear from you
Do you count the days
The way I always do

I had waited patiently
As the weeks pass by
Here I am once again
Hoping for your reply

A chance I might hear
My only way of coping
If you are reading this
I will continue hoping

Imagine my emotions
Each day I go through
Still counting the days
Not hearing from you
