she is quiet in her sleep
voiceless as a river of dreams
and the sky smiles at my soil
how it stirs restless beside her

my hands make statues
from the clay that sins
but she she just bathes the rain
in her slumber sigh songs

the sky stands over my eyes
and says yes to my reasoning
she bends with mouth water
to the end of my facination

and makes music in the trees
she moves her sin skin then
til she is the leafmate fingers
surrounding the thick of me

now will the sky bring me a sun

In actuality I could have copied the whole ding dang poem to illustrate the lines I loved most!!!

Incredible - you write nature so well - love this dark and the feel that it leaves me - I think it is impossible to put into words the magic that your verse weaves - so I shall just have to leave it with a hug and a sigh -
