Pondering by the water’s edge
Relation of thoughts
Beautiful, haunting
On life’s knees in prayer
Peace & Substance
Visions dreaming
Neptune’s voice
Sunset’s Infinity lingers
With long shadows of trees
Remote, yet full of adoration

Warmth, stepping beyond
over and around me....
Leaving the door ajar
Mysterious eyes...wanton
Dripping swollen arms
Sights and sounds
Like unoccupied stars
Every single moment is a lover
Sermons of yester years
Forget me nots of cloudless sky
With meadow gazing smiles

The Madness of experience
Switches on and off
Like neon boutiques
Of iambic pentameters
Substance infrequent
Bearing my soul
Ripping me apart
Into some other place
Some other star

Begging me to hold on…hold on
You the drug of my mind
Every single moment is a lover
