Warm words
to sooth a soul
comforting at times,
untold…

Binding hearts with sugar strings
consoling silence,
fleeting worldly sting…

Catching tears with helping hands
holding secretes, hidden
in desert sands…

Manning the helm in freezing rain
steering steady a life’s course
withholding blame…

A friend indeed to all she meets
surfing electron pages
or, on city streets…

She is kindred to many souls,
a spirited philosophy,
in her poetry told…

Oh, JL, I totally concur! Lee is very special ~ as is her illustrious poetry. This tribute to PiP's Lee, was well deserved ~ and lovingly written!

JL, your a dear friend and it's been my pleasure to have known you through the years...but this? My goodness???

JL...your a light. Many thanks to you, for your kindness, wonderful sense of humor, integrity, gentle words, sometimes guidence, and most of all an incredible poet and cyber friend whom I'm blessed to know.

I'm overwhelmed, you've left me speechless with tears of joy... imagine that...me speechless?
