Spirit of the Barn Swallow
Flying in the snowy wind
Illumined blue and purple wing
Catching silver light, the other side of shadow

Here I am
Propelled to not come in,
Unguarded of the sin of truth
Optimisms fit like youth upon the young
No better song that I have ever sung
Matching draft and up hill tag in hand made halo

Here I am
Upon your branch
Shivered off the flake of softest sake and plump
Nestled down the curve of open handed stump
So snug in what I know will come the visions hum
And hum within your soul as was intended it to be

The softer song where I belong within your heart set free
