Voiceless Intonations Given light and life Myriad skies the glide way Heavens highway Given grace on wind trail Where singers sound sail Unpracticed swingers wail Ancient form evolves the storm The down of birth and warmth Upturned by south true north Sleek back of Raven black Deep blue of Heron too The eagle gold, gone bald the cold In each a single speech of key notes told King Fisher by the ounce Calls its dinner pound for pounce Or hum the nervous jitter Jug and bitter sweet That time has made align The thrill of Hawk Majestic squawk In prism gown, each plume renown Of rainbow shine upon the line ‘tis said Oh mystery appears each rent or stead Together merge the moments last and fled Speaks loudest in the voice Of butterfly Copyright Kkh 12/02/04 |
