Idea of Order for a Winter Blizzard

Each
from each,
the snowflakes drift...
as seems to seek through frosty air

something unseen,...
something beyond
that was, before, unintelligible
in the cold and crowded clouds above.

Semblance: of purpose,
mote of meaning,
a curious flow
as swirls...desire

to die
as sighs upon a warm...
blue, though indifferent, vacant pane

in as close
as they come...to love.

this stanza, especially, has a wonderful feel to it:

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
