Sky, Tainted Grey |

The old familiar dreariness feel clung to thick morning mists. I breathed in deeply, trying to catch the scent of new day only to sense the smell of despair. No amount of coaxing thoughts positive to surface could lift the seemingly sempiternal veils of drudgery shrouding moments in somberness. I dressed, slipping into my happy face and stepped outside searching for light slivers that would hopefully reflect today’s dismal but already was the sky, tainted grey. The greatest beauty on earth, is found in the hearts of those who love.... |

It is so dreary and grey here today and one of bright spots I have found so far has been on this page of blue. Good morning Karilea. [This message has been edited by Gentle Spirit (11-24-2004 09:41 AM).] |

The sky is grey and it's raining here Donna.. how very much I would enjoy a cold crisp yet sunny winter's morn. Love the image of slipping into your happy face...(I do it too!) Hugs to you sweet lady~ ~ Trace my body with your words, |

You vividly paint the grayness of your day...but never fear the light always comes out to warm the heart even if it is in the winter... |

Donna - I felt this one all the way to my bones - I know these feelings too well - one of the reasons I wish away winter - even withe the snow I need the sun - and you are so right - these pages of blues help to brighten the gray Best to you today - hugs and love - Susan If I wander far enough, long enough, will I finally know . . . |
