What caught me, as much as any tribute to those who have passed on, was the variety of names, different than we know today. Their names speak as much for their times, as anything else. Well done, Sir. You can write of anything! |

"These pages will age beyond yellow, flake like green leaves do at rust, names now tattooed in fonts’ mellow shall join all that lived in the dust" A very novel write! Yes, you brought names and history back to life, if for only a moment. Enjoyed. Dautz |

I lived in Houston for a bit a few years back and I have family that have decided to live in the hills of Kentucky so I very much enjoyed this post from you as the names sound somewhat familiar. A heritage gone for some but maybe also a rebirth into generations for others. A treat to read and brought a smile as well. |
