Picture by Alan Ayers * * * There was a time we were oblivious To almost everything but love I bloomed when in your presence How we fit like hand in glove You were the words to my music Our hearts sang in perfect tune Your love was all I lived for How easily you made me swoon But you also loved another Now my heart has lost its voice At the end of your performance You'd already made your choice Now I sit amongst love's ruins Wondering where our love went wrong We once made such beautiful music But how very sad now was the song I am in motion |

Whether you pen it happy or sad, about emotions or nature, or even when you are giving us a bit of history ... you always write it beautifully and it is a treat. |

Sue... Sadly touching and so realistic. I really hope that this tender hurting piece is only fictional. I always enjoy reading you so much...Paul ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ |
