Journeying Did you see it dawn this morning when the sun arose somewhere over the horizon all dressed up in golden grandeur while glint of light reflected on dew kissed leaves? Were you embraced by it as you were sitting in the days warmth breathing deeply of the moment? Could you hear its voice beckoning on the wind through mountains breeze as it fell softly upon your ears? Would you reach out and grasp it, holding it gently enough as to not break it; but yet firmly enough that it would not fall? Can you sense it coursing with every beat of heart, pulsing there in the here and now? Do you hold your dreams closely when feeling the highs and lows of passing storms and sunny days filled with seconds s l i p p i n g through breaths, one at a time? Are you LIVING this journey called life? ~*~ Brava! Glad to have another Pollyanna on my side. It is easy enough to fall into the gray of any day, or shiver under the cover of nightfall...wondering if the sun will rise tomorrow... but it does...and when it doesn't, why, I'm fairly assured that we wouldn't even come to know it, things would be that bad. Until then, *clink* cheers to you! |
