If only I could hear the sound of your voice. The words are drifting like the current of a rushing riverbed. I can see the storm rolling in with unwavering momentum. The sky is trembling like a hand that has washed away to many memories. I need to see. I need to feel. I need to touch. The water rushes over my face and soon is at my feet. The wind is talking to me Telling me lullabyes of days gone by. Remembering all the days together and soon I am dry and the breeze is soft. The day is full and I am wrapped up in the blanket of life with its colors so bright. |
