The Vagrants (An RMW and Tiersdin duet)

Beyond the beach
a confusion of driftwood
prevents erosion.
Behind that seemingly
desperate accumulation
soft sand reaches,
freshly blown towards the cottage.
Dusk camps as a woman
lounges on the front steps,
her legs quickening with the rush
of approaching sunset.
The moment cohabits
like eyes woven with context.

Capt., Nancy and Sunshine ..... Thank you for the kind words, and the indirect intimidation (laughing). Tier and I go way back (kindergarten I think ... chuckling). Kindly she agreed to this special way of sharing. Bob P.S. And she's just about the only one with the patience to correspond with an 82 year old grump.
