Whenever I feel too-pastel blue,
I close my eyes and think of you;
the vibrancy of your tints and shades,
splendid splashes of Life you made
come alive as you spread them
with your hungry heart and burning soul
upon each awaiting blank canvas.

Complementary or analogous,
your colors always had powerful emotions attached;
for plain pigments they are not
when dipped and brushed in love
by the hands of a true artist.
Whenever I feel too-pastel blue
I close my eyes,
and thank you.

Thanks, Bill. Yes, and sometimes the colors seem even more vibrant when my eyes are closed.

Color me pink with pleasure.  Enjoyed this.

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.
