Peel Away I peeled away the skin of door And scalped the mind of evermore I entered in this core of place And now I float in inner space. The free fall is an eerie wheel As gravity recedes in feel Dominion has lost its lay and Opinion finds a different weigh There is no up there is no down And sideways spins you like a clown And senses are but memories seem It’s almost like the drift of dream It’s here I seek the genie lair The magic of the changing flare The essence of the gift of prime The substance of the sands of time Give me liberty or give me death Or give me knowledge of my breath. |
