you were a lady on tiptoes
needing my hand
to balance your woman
on the tightrope highway

I was taller than you
but I looked up
when you reached for stars
and your bosom pressed my mind

we played in the pool
by the statues of lovers
and you asked about their cloths
and why they touched there

when they were just stone
without feelings
or eyes and did I think
their hearts were warm

I said I didn't see the strangers

I think it is right enough, Lee's seeing that sixth sense of yours...perhaps you have a 7th and 8th, too, for always your display of imagery goes beyond the fine line of one's imagination...
