I never knew what it meant to feel the gentle kiss of a sacred sunrise until you lifted my chin to the morning sun, touched within the embrace of a lover’s promise. The skies were brilliant, bursting with sheer unbridled ethereal joy as the sweetest songbirds echoed love in the winds above the foothills. I never knew what it felt like to drown from cursed love’s damnation until you let go of my hand and walked away, into the smoldering sunset. |

Well dang! Dashed again, I hate it when that happens. Now do I get that magic carpet ride? I've given up on the camel. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

LOL, Larry, you are such a charmer, yanno? So you remember that magic carpet ride thing? And the camel, well...I parked that beast permanently, and the bikini is in mothballs. LOL. Shaking my head, wishing I had the nerve to wear such a bikini AND ride that ornery camel off into the desert sunset, dragging some poor nomad alongside that might be willing to ride a magic carpet. LOL |
