One Morning

Walking through the early morn
Passing through the dew of dawn
I saw the lifting of the night
And the coming of the mornings light

The sky was changing in its core
To a wonderment of awe
Changing silver into gold
In the shifting clouds of fold

And I within its compliment
Dissolved into its firmament
Took homage in the mornings goal
And let it filter through my soul

I mingled with the all in one
Until the miracle was done
And shed a tear to match the dew
To stay a part this awesome view

And when the sun had forced the day
It’s only then I lost my way.

Sy Sy Sy...how am I gonna pic fave lines from this gem...I love this sunrise of rhymes...you paint the sky with your words...me thinks your words should be painted across that sky...and so I did.

This is the time of year when we do have dew here, and I enjoy it....despite having to wash my car three times as often....

You paint this scene so clearly, with love behind every stroke of your brush...took me right along, you did!

Sy, your words and JM's pics really lift my heart this morning.
Shouldn't you be working on a book together???
Nice capturing of moments...
