Dear Kacy, this a wonderful senryu, deeply inspired. By just sitting in silence, beauty unfolds and ego disappears. Love, Margherita |

Kacy, “Senryu is a Japanese form of short poetry similar to haiku in construction: three lines with 17 or fewer syllables in total. However, senryu tend to be about human foibles while haiku tend to be about nature.” http://www.onelook.com/?w=senryu+&ls=a They also tend to have more than a touch of often ironic or snide humor. ? Thanks, Margherita! And John, thank you for those interesting links! (isn't there an element of humor involved in the very thought of self subjugation? ) Thank you very much for reading and replying. |

A self inflicted time-out, to Ravi Shankar sounds, would be sublime. Nice work, Kacy. coyote 8) |

(smiles) Yay! Oh Kacy, I love the sound of the sitar sooooooo much and want to have the instrument featured in my songwriting when the opportunity arrises! (big angel hugs) Ravi Shankar is the best and I listen to his records a lot to help me meditate during the day! Yay, I love this, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kacy, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "You'll find something that's enough to keep you |

Meditation to any music that touches your soul gets my vote. There is just not enough music in the world. Maybe we could have a presendential debate where they both shut up and just meditate for 90 seconds at a time? Good to read you. Ken Through rubble and trouble and dark of night |
