How Much I Love You

I know it isn't easy to share
how much you and I both care
and when the chips were down
I could always count on you,
as you could on me.

I have missed that and needed that
and I know words can't take
the place of a smile
or the warmth of a hug
but I will always remember
the moments shared
in real and on here
when a laugh was easy to exhibit
when rain couldn't wash away a friendship
and when a dent couldn't keep you
from showing the delight
that came from our meeting.

I am here, always for you
to share our mistakes in life
to share an unconditional love for you
and to pray in my silent moments
that our friendship will last forever
and that some day when our lives
reach a calm, we will meet again.

Love You Always,Lor
M

LITTLE FRIEND

“Then I heard the bomber
call me in:

‘Little Friend, Little Friend,
I got two engines on fire.
Can you see me Little Friend?’

I said,
‘I’m crossing right over you.
Let’s go home.’ ”

Oh Maureen, you are always in my heart. Thank you sweet friend.  As you can imagine, this time in my life is a challenging one, as if God is testing my will to survive.  I know there is light out there and I will find it, somewhere, someday. Like you,  I wish I had someone to hold me close. I often wonder about people who die of a broken heart, and the extent of their pain and suffering.  Please know your caring thoughts and the love that you have expressed to me,  shall sustain me, always.

I'm going to go have myself a good cry now.
I Love you Maur~
