we watch movies there
in our porch swing minds
you say your hands are cold
and put them down my back

I call you names then
and look for a frog
or a spider
to make you run

I stole the chocolate
from some stranger's frige
you took off your sweatshirt
and dared me, so I did

your bare feet made tracks
on my long tailed shirt
and my fingers tangled your hair
you said kissing was fun

but you wanted your gum back
and we should be more quiet
since the neighbors might hear
and if we woke the kids

what would they think

So many fun images, such a playful heart revealed, she is a lucky girl - but gum?  Hmmmm - I definitely go for the bed post.  Now the chocolate! Uh-huh

Now this sounds like a perfect night...

LOL at Serenity...me?

It just brought back wonderful visions
of my parents acting like kids

our dog barking at the back door because
Dad had his hands on Mom, making her giggle...

we kids grinning because Mom's blush was
so danged pretty...

And Dad's laughter singing through
the house...

and his song about putting the gum on the bedpost overnight...

Yep.

Good times.

Now DS that put a whole new meaning into that afternoon delight that I remember well. The gum would have worked, yes it would have indeed.
