Flower photographs infecting
Legendary mosaic encounters
In mass migration, across open sea meadows
Leisurely fulsome language
Sea urchins
Possessing humor and free speech
Like a wish discussing muted tones of light
Or waves which become an entire ocean
Molecular fossils with dance partners
Handing out vacation grab bags
Made steeper by time
Eagerly resting to anchor
Throaty winks
Into green forests of firewood
Putting together daily puzzles
Your scent teases promise
Of my pirate waving his sword
Like natures entrepreneur
Lost time gains leggy visits
Each time longer then before
Ostrich plumes hone a silence
Of what we both knew and now know
Well groomed piracy
Dives deep into our mid-morning sunlight
Shaking our voices uncontrollably with joy tears
Muscled silver coins lay sunny side up
Swimming unto the sleeve of jasmine
Assuming no other hue
But the brilliance of spaces emerged
Unto composition
Like servants we reflect sweet sea breezes
Across the minds of self loving things
Wearing aprons and curtain swags
Warm gold plated mornings

written with a little encouragement from a fellow poet/friend
It's good to dream, isn't it?

When I read you, I feel as if I have entered
a private journey, with hieroglyphics on the walls...
always interesting, always a mystery...
