In some respects he reminds me of Brer Rabbit all bound up in his personal tar baby and flailing away with excuses. He is glib to the end. It's everbody elses fault.. no one will give him a chance.. He was abused.. everyone is out to get him. All mouth and ass like a baby bird with no Uncle Remus to save him. No one to throw him back in the marijuana brier patch where he belongs. |

Ouch...those "stories" always seem to reflect the truth, eh? Well done, and welcome home! |

I think we all know someone who could wear this poem well... sometimes we even are such a person. *S* Powerful punch you've written... excellent work! |

Outstanding!!!! I hope Charles hears the message... "cast me gently into the morning, for the night has been unkind" |

I know that guy! ....hell, everybody knows that guy...maybe with a different face, but.... You have a devilishly clear eye, my friend....and a very sharp pencil! ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸¸¸ºº> ~~(¸¸ ¸¸ºº> ~~~(¸¸ER¸¸ºº> |

I don't envy the things you see in your day...but you are one of the "good guys" |
