What did I do
To make you
be like this?

          So near, but yet you’re not here.
          You have no time for me.

What did I do
To make you
cause me pain?

           Bitter, Sharp, Harsh, Cold.
           You have no time for me.

What did I do
For you to
make me cry?

          I retreat.
          You have no time for me.

What did I do
For you to
want to hurt me?

          Confused.
          I have no time for me.

Poignant. I've always found that way of thinking to be one that fosters a co-dependency relationship. Time will reveal the real possibilities of any relationship.

So sad what you are going through , yes it does hurt when someone turns their back on you ..... silence and being ignored can send one into despair , I can relate ,I have been there
