Tender Feelings
of The Heart

I wish I knew
how love grew,
the tender feelings
of the heart.
The progression
that love takes
you through,
to bring two
closer together
and not apart.
Honestly, I wish
that I could
understand,
why you want to
be with a certain
person, and more
than anyone, you
want them to be
the one to hold
your hand.

Oh, the mechanisms of feelings ... to a certain extent we may be able to explain, but it is still true that you can't command the heart, it just knows.
