Whispers In The Night

My night whispers glide
over Time's infinite skies.
They call to the soul of you
with secret longings.
They whisper seduction
to the depths of your spirit.
They whisper of scarlet desire,
of secret night passion.

They linger over your heart
with the whisper of a kiss.
You stir in your sleep,
the mist of my breath
caresses with infinite tenderness.
You feel my spirit there
and open your arms to embrace
what is still too far away to be seen.

I send a feather-light touch,
a whisper-soft caress.
You reach for the dream
and the dream breathes life
into a dark and empty night.
My night whispers singing
an endless song of your need,
whispering the new dreams of love.
