To toss and turn made little sense (I should never watch the evening news) To write-express seems better choice, So I filled with ink, electric pens. But the screen stayed blank, just burned My tired eyes, the sheet remained base-white And then, I felt a presence send A static message, "Darken lines upon the page". So I began to type, prodded by a pierce At four a.m, a thrusted spear, Sensed in a stare from high upon the shelf; That gazed out from the headband of the Odyssey She wove a silk of words above my head And I became entangled in her web Wilber, saved somehow by grace; Reprieved from slaughter-thoughts in minds men. Her eggs birthed into stanzas of this poem Numerous, yet hope is none are waste, each Says she, will stay me from displease, If I fly on spirit-winds with them. |

Glad she dropped in to help you spin a bit of magic. Susan Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you. Joy is a state of mind. |

(does happy dance) Yay! Oh my gosh, this made my heart smile so much because when I was a little boy Charlotte's Web was one of my favorite books and still is one I hold dear to my heart, to believe in miracles and that simple blessings can be weaved solely from a spider's intuition! (big angel hugs) God Bless You, sweet friend, I know so many are afraid of spiders, but I love spiders as I believe they are innocent, misunderstood artists of the world who mean no harm, and I also am touched by the Hopi indian view that the spider is the one who perfects the tapestry of life, only to time and time again see others wreck it, patiently hoping to finish the tapestry and bring harmony to life, so when I see a spider, I don't kill it, but simply gently put it in a jar or on a tree branch and relocate it, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ford, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "You'll find something that's enough to keep you |
