(maybe the other side of. . . Fall Blown Leaves)

  
Ebb and Flow

Twinkle
left the eye
fell down the cheek
lay on the pillow
exhausted

Life ebbed
slowly flowed back into
the massive chest
below it

then died.

Twinkle
struggled back up
the gray-stubbled cheek
tottered
returned to the eye


and was lost
forever.

At some sub-human level I was there with this

On the face it seemed light, at other levels it seemed natural

Intentionality?  and how everything is so related, all is needed for nature...human and non-human
