Periphery Periphery to me runs shy The apple of the sigh of eye The edge of warmth the cold of pain It seems outside the love of reign A semi desert of exchange A loveless place of semi strange Illusions grow the arid land To weep the hour’s flow of sand It would the pathway to adore To once more be within the core To hear the harp that plucks the heart To be a note the song imparts Periphery a windless sea The doldrums of a shapeless key The vacuum of the shell of hell The die and why I cannot tell And thus I sail a sea of pries Perhaps the cloth was made of lies |

Sy, You are the man: But in the periphery of Sy, There begins the truth and I know why. Because at the core, Is the truth that we adore. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
