Lost

I have nothing to offer
It is just my heart and I
Both it and I have been hurt
Since then my tears have gone dry
For a while I have sat in the dark
Shielding from the light my ailing heart
Suspended in time
Making it difficult to get a fresh start

This hurts. Ergo it is well done.
If this is about you, I wish you to succeed in coming out of the tunnel, back into the light.
Love, Margherita

This is a good piece. I can relate all too well. The only problem with being lost is that you are NOT suspended in time. It feels like it, but everything else moves on without you. Crappy feeling. Hope things get better

Lonely, this.

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.

There are times when the best medicine is the time we take care of ourselves...and the best love, is that of the people that encourage us to heal.

Be well.
