Soft the falling leaves a carpet of orange and gold entice tiny feet. Skip and dance and play glowing eyed, grinning pumpkins jack-o-lantern gleam. Apple cider kiss the wind makes scarecrows tremble cornstalks shaking leaves. Soft the falling leaves days shorten to winters bliss spring a memory. |

so beautiful - I watched the leaves change from green to orange and yellow in about four days - I love this time of year |

Paula darling heart sister, you always write so beautifully, and this is simply exquisite. The imagery is so clear I can almost smell the bonfire, and hear the children playing in the fallen leaves. Truly outstanding writing darling one, I love this, utterly, utterly, utterly love it as always Mushy ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Tomorrow is another day I don't know what it holds |

thank you We don't actually have a fall, here. We're just grateful for a breeze. I think I'll have to go see the leaves change, myself, to truly understand. Hugs lady. Enjoyed the stroll through your eyes. |
