This spark of envy
Of vying for hierarchy
Competitions quest?

Is it in the blood
A coursing rush of need
To stand aloft

Seek connection

A like minded quest

For within company

Susan, my tongue starves for a name.  I can
see the pedestal,  the lone king sitting
there....alone in his all mighty...the best
...yet so alone,  starving for the one thing
he does not have...friends...
