Sunshine, What a lovely thing to say. The Professor needs no inspiration though, as he appears to be inspired constantly with little things he perceives in nature and in city dwelling. I really enjoy his poetry and all I read here. miscellanea PoeTik JusTice, First, let me welcome you. YOu must have slipped into the Blue Pages when I wasn't looking. It's nice to have you here. (By the way, I love your clever name!) Glad you you enjoyed my writing. Thanks for your kindness. miscellanea |

Got me thinking, A stone can skip across a pond and eventually sink to the bottom. Paper can be crushed and crumpled, or kept as a keepsake. And scissors can cut to the quick. But sticks and stones won't break our bones. Really nice work, misce~ and thanks for letting me take off with my own interpretation. |

Bluesy, I'm glad you played around with interpretation. The poem is whatever one wants to make it. The symbolism in it could only be understand if one was there at the right time and the right place,or, perhaps, I should say wrong time, wrong place. Glad you enjoyed. miscellanea |

How strange ..... I feel I am the swan .... and from this swan's perspective this is a write that makes ripples .... it has great visual power. You are unique indeed. Love and hugs. Margherita |

Marge, I'm glad you found sifting a pleasure. It is always a treat to have you visit! miscellanea rascal, Thank you for the fine compliments. I'm glad you enjoyed it, Yoda! miscellanea Susan, Susan, I suppose that depends on the swan! Nice to see you again! miscellanea Skyfire, Glad you stopped by. Thanks, miscellanea Ratleader, I hope that's a compliment! I'll take it as such because there is no changing me. I just think differently, and it's going to come out that way! I so wish I could write of love and nature the way other poets do so beautifully. I just don't have the words! Glad you enjoy the creativity! It's a good way of avoiding words! miscellanea Margherita, It's so very kind of you to say so. YOu can be a swan upon my poetic ripples anytime you please, dear Lady! It's good to see you again. (I'm glad to see your poetry again. It's alwayss been so uplifting!) miscellanea |

In one of your responses, you mentioned another dimension... Do you have a map I could follow to get there? *G* The perspectives you share open both mind and heart... and that's good! *S* I enjoyed this very much, my friend... |

miscellanea, Odd that you would claim to not write of nature when I swear there was a swan in this write! Well done. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

Larry, I had to go back and check my responses to find to what you were referring. After doing so,"You naileld me. I did refer to nature!" I just can't do it smoothly, initimately like other writers. There, have I covered my bases now??? Have a good one. It was a surprise to see you again. miscellanea |

Jo, Glad you liked it. I'm surprised you like it better than the one about Dali's Surrealistic Egg, though. It was much smoother than this... Sometimes I wonder if I should iron and press my thoughts before putting them down on paper, in hopes that my words might come out a little smoother! Thanks for message. All is ok. misc cathy |
