my spirits wings
are spread
held high above
all heads
protecting
my soul inside
regecting
fears
they must hide
my heart
is crying
out
praying
for help
truth
to all
i shout
praying to god
and all who
can see
time for reality
stop the
cruelty
my soul
sings a new song
begging the gods
of the univers
to help me
stop the wrong
the heavens
and the angels above
turn their anger
away with
their love
protect me
and my son
to god and all
i pray
for today
i fight for
the babies
the truth be out
time has come
my life
for theirs
no one understands
their pain i share
no more cries
in the night
no more whispers
trying to fright
shadows on wall
my spirit covers
so my soul wont fall
please god
i pray
turn this dark
to light
believe the truth
help make
this right
i am scared
to close my eyes
in fearo of no tomorrow
cuz of all their lies
so i sit and listen
pray and shed a tear
my spirit brushes
away the fears

Ah Marsha, a sad poem...
I hope that the wings
of those butterflies
will lift you to kinder heights
this day.

This aches.  May light be shed upon you and yours and your path be brightened.

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.

This was an encouraging ending, depicting the time for prayer, talking to God, and a time for meditation, listening to God...the cleansing which takes place...inevitable...

thank you all for your replies  they mean so much to me.  its all in god's hands now. my grandbabies deserve a chance at life and knowing real love and security, and no one has a right to take from them the chance to be who their ment to be . and staying a child as a child should being protected  knowing trust  and what a real parent is
