If not for your touch I’d believe in bad luck and indiscriminate coupling meant neither to probe nor rise to embrace the essence of true ecstasy. If not for your touch I’d believe you plucked out your manner of being from my fantasy and glued it all over the edges and seams of how you appear to me. If not for your touch I’d be juggling in air fragments and snippets of fact, fiction, folk lore, and crossing them over behind my back till tied up in knots of indecision. If not for your touch I’d be playing the field and wandering pastures first green and then brown but it’s always been known, you have always known, not to touch soul and then let it go. The power of touch always stands poised on the extreme outer edge of dismissal and those who maliciously give it a shove … oh, let me just truthfully say they’ll know what it feels like one day! |

Thank you LeeJ and SimOriah for reading and commenting. You got that one right LeeJ but some of us remain needing more. |

Helen "you have always known, not to touch soul and then let it go." That is the tricky part, isn't it? |

I’ve known that touch, you bring back the thoughts of it. I hope that you never lose the touch that excites |
