Wishing well stimulant… Throwing a coin into life’s experience Becomes the transformation… Making a wish… Regardless of olden times We think differently now, then we did then Somehow we always do (Wink) But laughed instead, at our parents… Who now has the last laugh? As so to, will our children do… And do forth and so on…down through time Finding what was always meant to live Loosing the negative… Punish not…or be punished No pain equals emptiness, rejection Throw coins in someone else’s well Just for the change of things Or the disappointment that retaliation brings Poisons all the land around us…including our loved ones Self-pity sees nothing but denials Hurting someone else, breaks our own karma And contaminates all that is us… Makes our path much longer and harder Lest we act out like a disgruntled child Our atmosphere becomes what we believe it to be I throw a coin in the well Wishing for mankind to somehow live harmoniously Fantasy?Perhaps, but, there’s always that chance That one wish granted… If everyone else is happy, then I’m ecstatic to! So, that’s a wish I’ll not give up on Even after I’m gone… Call me…childish…irresponsible, or Whatever you like... It's 8:30 a.m. and I've gotta accomplish something Today's smiling....tapping it's feet, looking at it's watch and Just waiting for me... |
