You called me a Bohemian,
and in many ways, I was.

My brother calls me a navigator.
If he only knew how much I loved you,
but I couldn’t find my way around you,
or back to you.  I used to think of the
should haves and what ifs, but no more.

Words are inadequate so I’ll just remember
the smooth of your shoulders,
that soft bone on the back of your neck,
the way your eyes welled up when
I massaged your temples.

In my dictionary, Bohemian is a good thing.  Sorry it sounds like such a sad thing here -
leaving only memories to embrace.

Happiness isn't something that happens to you, it's created from within you.  Joy is a state of mind.
