Chiffon By Lip A taste Entice by definition Encircles Less inhibition A tint of rose Speaks spells Of moist set free It blows A circle Closed and open Drift upon the Lightly battered cheek A slide and honeysuckle Dip… But no, the lip Conversing every follicle In frolic A dance of lunacy Placed silken Just a graze Misting passions haze And ne’er a peck But deeply red The probe of what Cannot be said To thrill A maybe, and a will Begun in lollipop And completed As the swallows Coarse the banks Symbol slipped A note of thanks Pure bliss Left peppermint Wanting to be long Reminiscent of A morning song Returning for a fill As yes against it’s will To find the summer softer still Copyright Kkh 9/7/04 |
