When times come back to me
And once more we are agin we
I will cry tears of joy.
But left in life I’ll carry on
Lost behind a fog of alone
I now cry tears of loss.

You left me bits of you
Things I must carry through
Bringing me bits of joy.
When I look in their face
They take me to another place
Before my tears of loss.

I wait when time bring new tears
Be it days, weeks, or many years
So we might share tears of joy
Together.
