A Nose for Gnus

I’d like a new proboscis
not for being as Nostradamus
smelling out the future
with stilted random candor,
but so I wouldn’t have to take out stock
in “Kleenex” just to break even.
I’d never pick this nose,
if it weren’t the one I had.
