Simple Rhyme

As I think,
Sit and drink, wine in hand
In hopes to understand,
Reality and fantasy, their blending;
I just sit, slowly sip, glass ending
And pour some more in the glass
Listening to the quick tick go passed
As light fades on my shades pulled down,
Able to stop light of night, but not sound.
With a few sighs I then rise shaking my head,
Finishing the last of the glass and go to bed.
