Weekend guys perspire until the rain then drops fall, without poured relief warm as the vapour wets the skin felt hot humidity until one rests... cloth moths stick to circled lights their labial parts ride invisible currents until rains drop, drizzle turns to downpour humidity peels away for more to perspire humidity descends another day, steam rises the next the tropics inch to temperate times weekend guys announce air's vapour content moist misery with no relief until one rests... |

moist misery with no relief until one rests... definitely describing this weekend's weather causing me to rest more than I like nice descriptions, Martin M [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (08-30-2004 05:37 AM).] |

We've had very little humidity to complain about this summer in my neck of the woods... mosquitos, yes... humidity, no... Perhaps next summer! |

It's been a muggy summer here in urban Montreal...taking advantage of my rickety balcony |

Great write! I feel it every day and night. You should feel it where I live. You can cut the air with a butter-knife! The other day it was 96 when the thunderstorm came in. It's actually been fairly mellow this summer only climbing over 100 a couple times. It usually averages about 100. Last year it climbed up to 109 with all that humidity. You just about wanted to die working in the factory all that around you! Thanks for sharing and reminding me of how great it's going to be again tomorrow (Yuck!) Just kidding. Take care and appreciate the opportunity to read (and truly appreciate) this. Kevin |
